Great wax for sensitive skin

Really happy with the product. It's much more gentle than other wax I tried. I use tretinoin and it makes my skin more sensitive, this was doesn't cause problems. I wouldn't recommend for body though, would take too long. I mainly use this on my face and underarms.

I love how easier it is to apply and clean up than creme wax but it isn't removing the hairs. I'm following the instructions but no hairs are being removed. The wax is also often shattering instead of being removed which means I have to scratch it off.
