Very disappointed

The only thing good about this product for me personally is the scent. My hair felt so dry and notted after using the shampoo and conditioner, it feels much more dry and damaged than it did before I started using this brand a couple of months ago. This is a fairly expensive brand and I am very disappointed. It takes quite a while to get any product out the bottle, and the shampoo doesn't really lather. I will not be purchasing again.

Im not sure how i feel about this. The consistency is way too thick, my hair doesn't feel nice after shampooing. Doesn't make a massive difference when dry either, possibly a waste of money

I have quite thick hair and I just haven’t found this shampoo the one. I like a shampoo that really lathers up and you have to use so much of this to achieve that. The pump is also quite useless.
