The best Eye makeup remover
My eyes get red , itchy , flaky from eye make up removers. Not this one. Although I do not wear waterproof mascara so cannot comment on how it fares on those. Absolutely love this product.

Effective eye makeup remover that’s gentle on the eyes. Having very sensitive eyes I have to be careful what I use, but this did the job nicely with no irritation. Will buy again.
