The L'oreal Absolut Repair Lipidium Masque is a good hair mask, but I can't say it is as good as the L'Oreal Intense Repair Masque, the Intense Repair one is the best one I have ever used. I bought the Absolut Repair Lipidium one to try as it was cheaper than the Intense Repair masque, I'll be definitelly going back to my usual mask, as this one did not nourish my hair as much as the other one.
