Directions of use:
- Massage into your cuticles morning and night then apply Nourish.
- Massage from right to left in a rotating motion.
- Do not massage up and down.
- This oil can be used on any dry, rough skin, such as your elbows, feet and knees or add 10-12 drops in your bath for extra softening.

Brilliant product.
I love Jessica products and the Phenomen Oil is no exception! I suffer with damaged nails and cuticles from biting them as a child and they are very dry but a few drops of this oil soon makes them feel alive again.

BRILLIANT
this stuff is magic, expensive for what it is but soooo worth it! I have the habit of picking my skin around my fingers leaving it so sore and rubbing this into my cuticles/round my fingers has stopped the habit and they look so clean and healthy now!
