Open the pouch. Moisten the upper teeth with a little saliva. Place a whitening strip on your upper teeth. Fold excess strip behind your teeth. Repeat same steps for your lower teeth.
The strip will take up to 15 minutes to dissolve on your teeth. Strips can be used once a day. Use for 14 consecutive days for optimal results.
