I bought this thinking it might not be the same as the bigger bottle I've got. My scalp has been bad for a while- sore and itchy. This serum helps, although of course one looks frightful when it's on. I put it on at night before I wash my hair. But it is very thick. And doesn't come out of the bottle easily. I haven't found anything better so far,

Easy to apply. Doesn't leave a oily or sticky residue. Feels refreshing and cool on the scalp. The next day after a wash, my hair was smooth and felt hydrating. Hair was also very itchy before applying the mask and this instantly relieved the itchiness.
