Make sure both your skin and the BEAR™ device are clean and dry. Then, apply the FOREO SUPERCHARGED™ Serum (not included) evenly across all areas of the face / neck you wish to treat, leaving a thin mask-like layer on the surface of the skin.
Press the universal button to turn your BEAR™ device on. Adjust the microcurrent intensity by quick-pressing the button again, once for each level. Access guided treatment videos and more settings via the FOREO app. To visibly tone and lift: Lightly press both metallic spheres to your skin, and slowly glide the device upward and outward across your cheekbones and forehead, around your mouth and over your jawline and neck, as desired.
Please Note: Microcurrent devices like BEAR™ 2 must be used with a conductive serum. For optimal results, use the FOREO SUPERCHARGED™ Serum 2.0 — developed specifically for use with FOREO’s microcurrent devices. Leave a thin, mask-like layer of FOREO SUPERCHARGED™ Serum on skin, so the device can glide smoothly. If treating many areas in one session, you can apply the serum to each area before you use microcurrent on that area. Never use microcurrent devices like BEAR™ 2 on the midline bone of the neck, or within the orbital bone. Make sure that both microcurrent spheres are touching your skin during your treatment. Always glide the device in upward and outward motions, from the center of your face toward your hairline.

I love bear 2! My face is looking contoured after only two weeks of using and it takes only a couple of minutes to do the treatment, I do it every morning and I feel and look good all day long

it works!
I have been using this for over two months now and the results are showing a difference! I mainly see it on the forehead where my wrinkles have become less apparent and I think its the consistency what made it work so good

instant results
i really enjoy using this device, it is tiny but powerful, giving me instant results. it lifts my face and, after about a month of consistent use, really lifts the sagging skin around my eye and chin area. i was also quite pleasantly surprised that there is no stinging sensation while using it.

Power button is awfull
I am very dissapointed with Bear 2 power button - very hard to turn it off(((

Dissapointed
The power button is awfull - so hard to turn it off. Previous version of Bear had much much better power button, it was very easy to turn on and off. Now I even don't wanna use Bear 2 because of this issue.

Amazing
I've been using Foreo bear 2 for more than a month. I've been pleasantly surprised by the gentle firming effects on my skin. Its user-friendly design and efficient treatment sessions make it a joy to use daily. While the changes are gradual, my skin feels more toned and revitalized. I'm quite happy with the consistent, positive results and look forward to seeing how my skin improves over time with bear 2.

Chuffed to have bought this a couple of weeks ago, it's really good! Never thought I'd think fondly about a device that uses electrical current to make myself look younger, but here we are! It has a neat anti-shock function that prevents me from electrocuting myself, so I find that a great option to use on a regular basis. I think the results are quite obvious so far and it's not a hassle to use daily, so I'm quite motivated to continue with it.

Amazing
I've had it for around a month already, used it every morning, and can really tell that it has helped a lot. I wanted to firm and give a bit of a lift to my cheeks and forehead mainly, and it definitely has worked well there. It's quick, hassle free, pain free (the most important aspect), and generally amazing.
