Use in the morning and evening. Apply to a cotton wool pad and gently wipe over the eyes, face and décolleté

Great staple product
Not too drying at all but keeps oil at bay through the day. I do use quite a heavy moisturiser and I would recommend using one if you have sensitive skin like mine. Overall an amazing product.
