This is very moisturising, but super runny! Every time I open the tube a lot of the product just spills out of it without squeezing. I feel like the tube wasn’t the best choice for this type of consistency/ liquid, it’s hardly a balm. I’m used to Dr. Lipp being a very very thick product and this is literally a greasy water.

Perfect for use with tret!
I have recently had incredibly reactive and very dry skin due to an allergy with eyelash extensions (😭). Anything that goes on my face currently makes one eye swell and my skin sting and break out... My second issue is that I suffer with adult acne, so have recently started using tretinoin which really accentuates that dryness. This balm solves those problems so well!!! I've had no reaction, no stinging or redness or break outs from using this and it so so soothing to put on my dry tight face. Very much recommend for reactive skin and/or tret user's. 5 stars would be given but I feel it is too greasy to use in the AM. PM however is just delish.

Good product to use in a similar way to vaseline. Ideal for lips and chapped skin. I did find I barely used a quarter of my first tube to find the product had gone gritty - hence I purchased a new tube. So perhaps shelf life isn't great once opened.
