Controls excess oil AND hydrates
I was sold at Lilac stem cells and marine algae in the product description and can confirm, unlike most serums, especially Vit C Serums, this is not sticky and sinks into sink instantly (great base for make up). I am prone to pigmentation in the summer, even with the SPF, and this is keeping it under control, whilst controlling excess oil but keeping my skin hydrated.
