I can't do it
I (stupidly) didn't realise that this is basically powdered fish. Due to the smell (it stinks) I can't even bring myself to try it. Unfortunately, as it is open I cannot return it either. Wasted money and lesson learned.

So easy!
I previously brought a collagen in powder form and it tasted horrible so couldn’t get through the whole packet, it was such a waste because it was much more expensive. Then I brought the capsules which I thought would be easier but my god they were so big and hard to swallow, honestly I don’t know if this really works for my skin or hair because I just started using it but for people like me that have little kids and little time this is so easy to use! No extra effort just add to your morning coffee or tea! If your looking for something easy like me then this is the one.
