This is a good bundle, you can use either day or night. I bought based on price as i haven't tried this brand before. They work well, good instructions - I'm no expert on these but the right age group at 58. I use these religiously at festivals to help me look awake/alive. I definitely felt fresher and will buy again, unless I find a higher rated product. Hard at the price point I feel.
