Apply 1-2 times per week to areas of the face and body that are prone to blemishes. Allow to dry and leave for 5 minutes. Add a splash of warm water and massage to exfoliate before rinsing thoroughly.

Multi tasker
Reasonably priced product that works just as well as one you could spend alot more on. It is a mask but also has the benefit of being able to exfoliate your skin if you massage it in when removing it. Saves me time not having to exfoliate and then mask- which usually irritates my skin. Its also a good price to be able to use it on your body aswell. As it is designed for use on face and body i thought it might be too harsh on my extremely sensitive face but suprisingly it wasnt.

Nice product
I bought this to replace a previous Ameliorate mask I had, but it's not the same product. My mistake. It's still nice as a little home treat once a week, but not a patch on the previous Ameliorate mask I had, which I can no longer find, unfortunately.
