I suffer with acne which seems to be worsening with age rather than improving. I'm under GP treatment. Tretinoin/oral antibiotics. All kinds of potions and lotions. I get those really painful under the skin spots. I had one on my chin for a while and when I used this the inflammation and pain left it by the morning. (I had previously popped and picked at the spot but was still painful and I KNOW you shouldn't pick and squeeze) so I don't know if it would work on an under the skin spot but it worked towards soothing an open one
